What is a healing activation?

A healing activation feels similar to a guided meditation, except it is specifically tailored for you to receive healing codes and activations. You are so much more than the physical, you are also an energy being, and by entering into an altered state of consciousness and journeying into the spiritual realm, you will receive the healing you need for your mind, body and spirit.


How does it work?

At the beginning of the session we discuss what your issues are, and what it is you would like help with, then I will channel a specific healing activation to take you on a guided journey where you will receive the healing to bring back with you into your ordinary reality. Just like a guided meditation, it is an incredibly relaxing experience, aimed at bringing you back to centre and helping you remove any blocks that are standing in your way.

What is a past life regression

In an altered state of consciousness you can travel to other lifetimes for insight, healing and guidance. So many issues you face may have their root in a past life, and by accessing that past life, you can clear it and discover how things change for you in your current lifetime. You can also visit past lives to RE-member past skills and abilities than you can bring back with you.

How does it work?

I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation and take you into the life that is most relevant for you to work with. You will still be conscious and will be able to describe what you are seeing which I will note down for you. You will either experience the life from within that incarnation or as an observer, or are combination of the two. Over the following weeks you will integrate the information and healing you received into your current lifetime.

How Zoom sessions work:

Step one: Download Zoom on your computer, or the app on your phone. https://zoom.us/

Step two: Ensure you can see yourself and hear yourself on Zoom - you may need to adjust your settings.

Step three: When you book, you will automatically be sent a Zoom link and password. Make a note of the time and date of your session, as well as these Zoom details.

Step four: Prepare for the session by making sure you can lie or sit comfortably, away from distractions, and fully immerse yourself in the experience. Have a blanket ready and some water. You may want to play some soft music in the background.

Step five: At the allotted time, or a few minutes before, click on the link and join the Zoom video session.

Step five: We will have a brief discussion about the session before we begin so that we can focus on what it is you would like to release or receive healing for.

Step six: Ensure you are fully comfortable and simply follow my voice as I guide you  through the journey.

Step seven: We will stay connected via Zoom the entire time throughout the session.

Step eight: At the end of the session, I will discuss with you the meaning of where we journeyed to and feedback on how to continue to move forward in your day-to-day life.
