Come along to a collaborative event with my lovely friend Trish Gordon of @radiantsoultherapies. Bring your yoga mat and blanket and get yourself all cosy to receive the healing goodness of the amazing Gongs and beautiful crystalline healing bowls, as well as other instruments such as a shamanic drum, Nepalese singing bowls, and rain chimes PLUS receive the healing power of Reiki as you rest deeply. ​​

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?
The sound vibrations of gongs & singing bowls can help the mind to slow down and lower the frequency of the brainwaves from an alpha to a theta-dominant brainwave state. This can be beneficial for those who find it difficult to ‘unwind’ and ‘switch off’.

 

Sound has been found to shift frequencies in the body from lower energy to higher vibrational frequencies of love and joy. The vibrations from sound can help to shift energetic blocks, and can leave the body feeling more balanced, energised and harmonised. Sound has been used for time immemorial as a healing tool and it is the medicine of the future. Thanks to my readings I can see that all hospitals and healthcare centres will use sound much more profoundly in the future.

This collaboration is a special, extended event where you can really go into a relaxed and tranquil state. All you need to do is rest in stillness and receive.

• Drift into a state of peace and feel recharged with the gongs and singing bowls

• Receive some gentle Angelic healing as you rest in your space

Yoga mat, pillow (spares available)
Comfy clothes to lie down in (fluffy socks optional!)

NOTES

Due to costs, refunds are not available for in-person events; however, you can transfer your ticket to another person, simply let us know the new name.

 

If you are concerned about any medical conditions, please contact us before booking. Those in the first trimester of pregnancy, with a pacemaker, or any hearing/balance difficulties should avoid sound healing sessions.
